Manufacturer's Defects

We take pride in sourcing and creating quality products.  All of our products may be returned for replacement or repair due to a manufacturer’s defect within one year of the original purchase date with your proof of purchase. Manufacturer's defects are for things like broken clasps.

Broken Chains

All of our chains are sourced for quality. Chains break under stress and force. We do not replace broken chains. 

Plated Jewelry

Gold plated jewelry is covered under warranty for up to two years with proof of purchase. We will be happy to replace or re-plate any gold plated jewelry that is fading.
